"The aim of art is to represent not the outward appearance of things, but their inward significance." - Aristotle
This experience brings together twelve weeks of collaborative practice, combining art, photography, and music into an immersive exploration of perception.
I am drawn to the mundane—the everyday objects and moments that are often overlooked, unappreciated, or undervalued. As an artist, I aim to highlight these simple details in a way that embraces their quiet beauty and “perfectly imperfect” nature.
With a keen interest in how sensory environments shape our responses to art, I have paired layered audio compositions with oil paintings of ordinary items to explore whether what we hear influences what we see, think, feel, or perceive.
Headphones are recommended to enhance the immersive experience and support deeper reflection, contemplation, and emotional engagement. After experiencing the paintings alongside the audio, I warmly invite you to share your thoughts in the comment box below.

The short film below is documentation of an exciting collaborative journey, working with exceptionally talented people within the arts, combining strengths and disciplines to realise this project to success. I would like to extend my utmost gratitude to Stephen Hall and Chris Collet for their time, their skill and talent in their field, and their undoubted passion for the arts. Thank you.
